Indirect Channel Manager
The Indirect Channel Manager will be responsible for discovering opportunities with prospective Agents to become a Partner with Telesphere to sell Telesphere products and service. The Channel Manager will also be responsible for selling Telesphere products, training agents and agent employees on Telesphere products, preparing proposals for agents, submitting agent orders and reporting all activities to Telesphere.
Essential Duties:
- Drive activity to enlist new agent partners for Telesphere
- Maintain new recruitment activity that will support achieving quota
- Meet a minimum quota requirement for monthly new sales
- Train all new and existing agents, agent employees and sub-agents
- Track daily activities and monthly results
- Provide input and feedback to Telesphere on market trends, needs and activities
Experience/Qualifications Preferred:
- Minimum of 2 years previous Channel Manager experience
- 2+ years of telecom sales experience preferred
- Ability to work as a team and individually
- 4 year degree preferred
- High School Diploma required
