Indirect Channel Sales Associate
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
The Indirect Channel Sales Associate will be responsible for fully supporting the Indirect Channel Manager (ICM) on all aspects of the Indirect Channel sales, including but not limited to: preparing proposals for agents, assisting agents with sales paperwork and finalizing complete sales packets for order submission, liaison with agents, customers, and various Telesphere departments, track and provide reporting on all measurable aspects of Indirect sales, assisting with tracking and follow up of customer installs, support and MAC requests with the Telesphere NOC, training of agents on internal processes, systems and products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work within Telesphere back office systems, as well as Microsoft office suite
- Professional and timely communication with customers and agent base on all projects and requests
- Maintain agent and customer satisfaction that will support (ICM) achieving quota
- Daily interaction with channel partner on status of orders, installs and customer service follow up
- Training and ongoing support of agents on Telesphere products and systems
- Track and report on Indirect daily activities and monthly results
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum of 2 years previous Telecom experience
- 2+ years of telecom Indirect Channel sales support experience preferred
- Ability to work as a team and individually
- Ability to exhibit flexibility, organization, multitask and work under deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide proper follow-up
- 4 year degree preferred
- High School Diploma required
